I have been a member at JustFab.com for over 7 months now and decided to write an indepth review on my experience with them so far as well as create a place where other JustFabulous users can post their own reviews about this unique service, good or bad. So if you have tried them out, post a comment below and let us know the good, bad or ugly about your experience with them!
This review is fairly indepth, so if you just want to read a summary, read the summary at the bottom which sums things up in a few sentences.

Without further ado, here is my review of Justfab.com!
Introduction
For those of you who may not really know what JustFab is all about, I will give you a quick run down. When I talk about it to my friends I like to call it my “shoe of the month club”. For $39.95 a month you get a personal stylist who picks a selection of shoes and handbags out for you. I mostly use it for the shoes so I will mainly focus on that aspect during this review. You then choosee a pair that you like from these selections and they ship them to you for free. If for some reason you end up not liking them or they don’t fit, you can send them back for an exchange at no cost to you.
The whole idea and process is pretty straight forward… You do a quick survey that asks you to choose between certain shoe styles, celebrity looks and asks a couple of questions and then each month your personal shoe stylist will pick a selection of shoes based on the answers that you provided during your quiz. I have been very happy with the results and my selections have been pretty spot on so far. I am into flashy, larger 3 inch plus heels and have been seeing quite a few of them come up each month when my new selections arrive.
Now, if your stylist chooses shoes that you don’t particularly want to purchase you are not forced into buying anything. You can simply opt-out and save your $39.95 for the next month.
What are JustFab shoes like?
Now that you know how the service works, the next part of our JustFab.com review is to take a look at the actual shoes themselves. I must admit, when I first signed up I was a bit worried about the quality of shoes that I was going to recieve. But for $40 I figured it was worth a shot. I am a shoe addict and my thinking was that if there was a chance I could get a good pair of new shoes every month for $40 I would take a chance and try it out to see what they were like first hand.
My first order arrived (The Jezzebel) and when I opened the box I was quite impressed. They looked much better than the photo on the site and at first glance they looked stunning and appeared to be of very good quality. The stitching looked great and overall they looked like they really did not appear to be $40 shoes. In fact, I wore them out that weekend and my friends were shocked at the price tag when I told them I had only paid $40 for them.
But as you all know, looks aren’t everything when it comes to shoes. I am not the type of girl who can walk around in uncomfortable shoes for any amount of time, so I need something that I can actually wear and feel comfortable in for a long time. This first pair I got have a pretty large 5 inch heel on them and they were still pretty comfy to walk around.
Since that first order I’ve had 5 more purchases and every one of them have been the same great quality, comfortable shoes. Color me one impressed, happy, shoe lovin’ gal!
Top reasons why I love JustFab.com
- Awesome shoes at a great price: I am able to add a new pair of designer shoes to my wardrobe every month for a very reasonable price. They even have some very cool exclusive collections from the likes of Iron Fist and a new upcoming collection called JustFab Abbey Dawn that I am looking forward to seeing!
- Personal stylist selections: You get your own handpicked styles from a personal stylist each month. I have been super impressed with the styles and selections I’ve been given so far.
- No membership fees and no obligation to make a purchase: Unlike some shoe clubs out there, you don’t have to pay any membership fees. If you do not want to purchase anything for that month you just opt-out and are not charged for the month.
- Great customer service: I haven’t had any issues so far so I haven’t needed to contact their customer service, but from other reviews I have read their customer service seems to be very good and prompt at getting back to you. Update: For the sake of this review I decided to call their customer service to see how quick I could get through… I did have to wait on hold for a minute or two but the nice lady I talked to apologized for the wait mentioning that they get a high amount of calls at the beginning of the month which is why there was a short wait.
Review Summary
To conclude my Justfab shoes review I just want to say that I have been very happy with my overall experience with this service over the last 7 months. The process is quick and painless and their shoe stylists continue to choose awesome shoes for me month after month. The quality of all the shoes I have received so far has been top notch and you can’t beat their prices for brand new designer shoes! They are very comparable to shoes I’ve bought in the past at department stores for 100+ dollars.
I honestly can not think of one negative thing to say and I plan on staying a member for quite some time.

TOTALLY AGREE! I’ve been a member for a few months now and am in love with the whole idea of getting a fashion stylist to pick personalized shoe selections for a fair price. I will def. be a member here for a long time!
ok, i am new to justfab.com but i love it so far!!! ill admit that i am a shoe addict and i was blown away when i first heard of this idea from my friend. its cheap and a pretty fun way to get some hot new styles each month. i get so excited at the end of the month and its like christmas waiting for my new style picks to show up! lol
Been a FABshionita going on 5 months now and wanted to add my review to this site. I have had great luck with JustFab.com and now have a number of super fab shoes that are now in my collection thanks to this site.
The shoes I’ve gotten so far have all been perfect aside from one issue with a pair of heels I bought not fitting correctly. The straps kind of dug into my feet a bit which wasn’t so nice. I kind of have narrower feet and get this problem with strappy shoes from time to time so I suppose it is to be expected. But the customer support was great and I was able to send them back to get a different pair at no extra charge which was pretty cool.
All in all I am very satisfied with everything and love that I can get these type of great quality shoes at this kind of price.
I just signed up and ordered Jennifer here after reading some good reviews on the site about them. They just got here yesterday and look and feel awesome. Very happy!
I have countless shoes in my closet and jumped at the chance to add more with justfabulous for a cheap price. Wasn’t sure what to expect but some the first two orders have went great and are a couple of the more comfortable heels in my collection. Shipping was very quick too… Overall well worth the price!
I signed up a month ago and haven’t been so thrilled with the selections so far. I dunno but I am not into the high fashion big heels very much and haven’t seen too much else that I wanted. Hoping something will catch my eye soon.

It could take a little while before you see something that you want to buy, so I’d stick with it! But I do suppose that if you aren’t into heels as much or if you are looking for more everyday type shoes that it might not be for you. Have you had a chance to check out any of the handbags or jewelry yet?

I became a member last August after seeing an ad for it mainly because of the convenience factor. I’ve got 4 kids and don’t have time to shop or stay up to date with the latest trends so I thought to give it a whirl. I wouldn’t consider myself a shoe addict or anything but I like to be in style for the rare times that I do get out of the house!
I have ordered 4 pairs of shoes and 1 handbag over the course of the 2 months that I have been a member. One pair I returned because once I got them I kind of realized I probably wouldn’t wear them for anything. I liked them a lot but I once I got them I just didn’t think I would find anywhere to wear them so I sent them back (the customer service was great by the way). The other three are quite nice (my husband even noticed them!) and I was very happy with the purchases.
I signed up a month ago. I have not had a chanceto order products yet.oh boy but i will.after the holidays. Im going to treat my self.every boot.shoe that i seen so far i can say that i love them.kamora girl i can say you did a great job.you put them so we can afford these beutiful products. Long time JF member checking in to say how much I love Justfabulous! Turned a few of my girlfriends into JF lovers too. I kind of wish I hadn’t though because we all like similar styles and now its a battle over who gets to buy what shoe!
I have been a member for over a year and I have ordered atleast 6 ~7 pair of shoes and 1 bag and I am in love with every pair and I will order more as they appear…I also have called costumer service once and was very happy with the experience. I will be a justfab customer for years to come!
Not impressed with the quality of these shoes one bit. Seem very cheaply made so I returned them and cancelled my membership.

I am a member at both JustFab and Shoedazzle. I have found some shoes that I like from both but so far I do like JustFab a bit more. They seem to know my style better.

40 bucks is a lot for me so i read many reviews before choosing justfab.com. u never really know until you try it for yourself but so far so good. my avery heels fit great n look hot!!!!
I have been sign up with jus fab for 6 months now i really cant writ a review because they never have my size 8 1/2 so once they restock there inventory i hope to! be a happy girl too
LOVE IT! So far only one order though…. a really cute pair of boots called Celine. Quality is not bad at all for the price.
The shoes I got were the wrong size and I had to wait on hold for FOREVER to get through to someone to fix it. Total BS… Will be sticking to finding good deals at the mall.

Crappy luck that you got the wrong size. Did you call customer service at the start of the month? They’ve said on the official Just fab Facebook page that it is busy at the start of the month sometimes and wait times might be a bit longer.

I’ve had a membership to Just Fab for nearly 5 months after findng out about it on Facebook. i have actually had a lot of fun so far waiting for my boutique to appear and sitting down and looking them all over to pick the ones out which i want… even some of my friends throw their thougths in the mix too which is fun. Then waiting for the delivery to come is fun in its own little way. I can’t really afford expensive shoes or handbags so its great to find something like this… over all good experience so far with everything, customer service, shoe quality, etc.
Some nitpicky things that i would change about just fab if i could….
- There doesnt seem to be a whole lot of low heel shoes, they are mostly higher around 3-4 inches. I dunno… they would be great for back in college but now that im working i cant wear them that often. Not to say I haven’t found some cute shoes without super high heels but there is not as many as I would like.
- The whole personal stylist thing I dont know about. It seems like some kind of computer algorithm to me. Don’t get me wrong it seems to work but I am skeptical that a real person is choosing these.

My opinion is that Just Fab’s a decent site if you like these types of shoes, the high heel or platform type shoes. Not for me but I’m sure many enjoy them.
Had a chance to read through most of these Just Fab reviews and I think I agree with most here and thought I would leave my 2 cents as well. I saw an ad for the Just Fab shoes club back in September and thought I would try it out. As I do with everything, I read some reviews online and I liked what I heard for the most part so I was pretty excited to try it out.
After I signed up it took a little while before my stylist selections got to my boutique and to be honest I was kind of underwhelmed with them. Didn’t really like the looks of any of the shoes which was pretty disappointing. I opted to request new styles and found the same thing when the new picks arrived… Bummer!
I didn’t really think much about it until I got an email at the start of October saying that my new Just Fab shoes selections were in… So I checked out my boutique and I fell in love with a pair of sparkly black peep toe pumps (the name of them escapes me at the moment). I ordered them and it took about a week for the package to get here. The shoes were wrapped in a nice box and while they didn’t look like they were super expensive designer shoes, they really are pretty well made for what they cost and I was quite impressed.
I’ve since worn them out almost every weekend and they’ve held up really well. It took a couple of wears to break them in but now they are super comfy and my go-to shoes for the weekend. Very happy with this particular pair of Just fab shoes and I am looking forward to trying out another pair when I see something that catches my eye!
Justfab is pretty cool. I like Shoedazzle too and have gotten some nice shoes from both places. My credit card was charged once when I didnt buy anything which kind of sucked but it was because i forgot to skip tha tmonth. As long as u remember to skip the month if you dont buy anything you are golden!
Not really 4 me. I joined months ago but think I am going to cancel. I dont wear heals so there wasnt too much that inerested me.
Ya just fab is da bomb. I rock a lot of shoes from there. They just had a big birthday sale where you can get 2 for 1 priced shoes so i ordered a ton. I think its still on til the end of the month if you are looking to try out any just fab shoes.

Was going to post about JustFab’s birthday sale! I’ve ordered 6 pairs so far… What a great deal! The only downside is no returns… I had one pair that I ordered which didn’t fit so I had to give them to my cousin. I’ve seen some people selling/trading on their Facebook page though which you could always do.
They’ve also got a “Pink Ticket” promotion going on too where they are giving away some cool prizes. Keep up the great work JustFab!

Hi I have just joined Justfab today and ordered a nice handbag. I was looking for shoes but couldn’t find any in low heels (I don’t wear high heels.. NEVER)
Do they even have like 1 or 2 inch heeled shoes? Please let me know.

While you will mostly find higher 4-5 inch heels on JustFab, I have noticed some nice low heels show up in my boutique every now and then. I don’t recall the names of any offhand, but if you were to post on their Facebook page I am sure someone on there could point you in the right direction.
After you have the name of the shoe you can search for it on JustFab.com and buy it if you notice it’s available in your size.

i have to give justfab a 10 out of 10… i ordered last month and stoopid me i ordered the wrong size
i wanted a 9 and a half but by mistake i got a 8 and a half. the shoes were real nice and i was mad at myself for messing up the order. a call to customer service fixed things up quick. i had the right size within a week!! even though it was my fault they paid for the return shipping which i thought was great. ive got a lot of complements on these shoes and everyone wants to know where i got them. already got 2 friends to sign up as justfab members!

Every pair of shoes is $39.95… You can receive as many pairs as you like each month for that price. You aren’t required to buy any, so if you don’t see something you like you can skip that month and you won’t be charged anything.

I joined just fab a couple of weeks ago after reading this review… My thoughts so far are that i like it. Only ordered 1 shoe so far but it was pretty comfy and fits nice. Its called daphne if you are interested. very pretty looking and comfortable… not much more you can ask for for 39.95.
thinking of ordering something from their abbey dawn collection… the WTH in particular looks rad. Definitely a punk rock style for sure! Has anyone else got any abby dawn shoes?

If you like the styles then go for it! I don’t think that Abbey Dawn is for everyone, but if it suits your style then the shoes are pretty nice looking and good quality. WTH wasn’t really my cup of tea but i ordered the pair called Rockstar Shoe just to see what they were like. Thought they would go well with jeans and they look really nice.
I just noticed they now have some clothing too… Might pick up the casual dress set in red. It looks pretty hot. Bet it will sell out quick though.

Well after seeing ads all over the place I finally caved and joined! Did my research (which is how i found this site) and people were saying good things so I thought what the heck…. First pair of shoes got here and the box was a little bit dinged up. Looked like it has been used before? Thankfully after I unwrapped the shoes they were in perfect condition and really looked awesome. Wore em out that weekend and got a few compliments which made me feel nice. I am now hooked and will be ordering more soon!

found out about justfab.com through a friend… only have 1 pair of shoes but i love them so much i am going to get them in another color. will probably try anothe rpair next month when my new pix are in!
The only thing I don’t like about JustFab is that sometimes when I forget to skip the month they will automatically charge my card and I get a credit. Not a huge deal because you can use it to buy another pair some other time, but I kind of wish they would get rid of that.
The shoes are really awesome though and totally worth it. Good mixture of cute shoes and sexy shoes for pretty much any occassion you could think of. Could use more flats I suppose… Overall I am very happy with Just Fab so far!

I logged into my account at Justfab.com this month to see my picks and wow, was I ever blown away! They’ve given their boutique a huge makeover (it looks awesome!) and added some pretty cool new features. I’ll have to update the review here, but the major changes were the addition of a new pay as you go option where you won’t have to remember to skip the month anymore, and the JustFab community. I had a quick peek at the community and it looks really cool… You can upload your own photos or see photos from other members. So if you’re thinking of buying a shoe, search for it in the community first if you want to see more pics of it!
